Our Process
Project Management
We provide a one-stop shop for your project. From the start of a job we will project manage every aspect of the process. Working with architects, structural engineers, building consultants and surveyors to smooth planning and building control applications. We organise party wall agreements and ensure Thames Water compliance.
The Build
When the build begins we have all the skills for demolition, foundations, brick and block work, roofing, plastering and rendering. We will keep disruption to a minimum by sealing off work areas with zipped dust sheet systems and keeping the site tidy.
The Finish
We believe the devil is in the detail and strive to provide an exceptional level of finish with our painting and decorating. We can also provide beautiful bespoke joinery to ensure that everything is exactly how you want it.
Preconstruction Design
We collaborate with architects and structural engineers, so can offer an all in one service.
Design & Construction Estimate
We offer a free no obligation estimate and are always happy to help to try to match your budget.
On-Site Consultations
We are always open to discussions regarding alterations throughout the build process.
